Shipping & Returns

Due to COVID19, there may be some delay in shipping.


Due to high order volume, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed. This does not include shipping time. Please note once an order has been placed, we cannot make any updates to the order.

If you need your order expedited, please choose the following at checkout: FedEx 2 Business Day Delivery $15


All orders placed after 2pm MT will be shipped the following business day. This includes expedited orders. 


 All International orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy. 


After Iris offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.


 All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition.  Please email hello@afteririscom with your order number and reason for the return and we will send you a shipping label. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition. International orders are not eligible for returns.


Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 7 business days of return receipt.


 You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.


Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. 


We are not responsible for any return packages not received.


 Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
